How attendance is monitored:
How can parents and Carers help ensure good attendance:
- Send your child to school everyday
- Ensure your child arrives punctually
- Ensure you child knows how important education is
- Encourage your child and show interest
- Try and make any medical appointments outside of school hours - whenever possible
- Refer to NHS support about illness 'Is my child too ill for school?'
- Try to not take any holidays during term time. Understanding, you may receive a fine.
If you are concerned about your child's attendance or may be worried about something that is affecting their attendance, please contact the school to discuss the support we can offer.
If you wish to request any time off for you child, please complete the request form available in the school office or click below . This includes all medical appointments, holidays or other requested time.
